User Data Policy

RESET 40 ("we", "us") operates a daily operating-system app for men rebuilding mind, body, money, and faith. This User Data Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By creating an account and using RESET 40, you agree to the practices described here.

Account data — the email address and name you provide when you register or are invited.

Onboarding preferences — your chosen language and the reset goals you select during onboarding.

Daily reset activity — the date and completion status of your five daily habits (prayer, movement, money review, mindset, Plan B), your daily score and streak.

Plan B goals — the titles, categories, and weekly progress of the secondary-income plans you create.

AI Coach conversations — the messages you send to the in-app RESET AI coach and the replies it generates, stored so your conversation history persists.

Payment data — your subscription plan (free or PRO) and purchase records created when you subscribe, processed through Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). We do not store your card number.

Usage analytics — aggregated, non-identifying event counts (for example, that a reset was completed) to improve the product.

To run your account and deliver the daily reset, progress tracking, Plan B builder, and AI coach features.

To send you the daily 8 AM reminder nudge when you haven't finished your reset.

To process subscriptions and manage your PRO access.

To understand which features are used so we can improve them.

We never sell your personal data.

Base44 — our hosting, authentication, and database provider.

Base44 Payments (powered by Wix) — handles subscription checkout and renewal billing.

AI providers — receive your coach messages to generate replies; they may retain data subject to their own policies.

Email delivery — used to send the daily reminder and account emails.

We keep your account data and reset history while your account is active.

AI Coach messages are retained to preserve your conversation history unless you ask us to delete them.

Payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and subscription management.

Access and export — request a copy of the data we hold about you.

Correct — update your name, email, or preferences any time in your profile.

Delete — request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Withdraw consent — turn off reminders or cancel your subscription at any time.

You may also delete your daily reset and Plan B records directly in the app.

Your data is stored on managed infrastructure with authentication and access controls. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable measures.

RESET 40 is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
